Yoga

Surfing and yoga have a deep connection, that’s why we have included yoga sessions into our packages.  Our morning classes will energize you for the day ahead, while in the evening, a gentle deep stretch and meditative practice will help you unwind from your day.

Both surfing and yoga share the same principles of balance, breath, and mindfulness, which nurture the mind, body, and soul. Yoga helps align the body and targets the muscle groups used in surfing, meeting its unique demands. Our yoga sessions are designed to enhance your surfing ability.

Our yoga instructor, Alli, trained in India and completed 500- hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2019. Since then, she has furthered her practice with an additional 150 hours in meditation. With surfing being her passion, Alli has incorporated yoga into her own surfing journey for many years.
